With a focus on quality, attention to detail and a desire to learn, the role will contribute to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and reporting functions. The ability to work both individually and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, knowledge of relevant legislative requirements and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. The Accountant requires a thorough knowledge and understanding with relevant legislation, regulation, policies and procedures applicable to this role and keep abreast of changes to the same.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a commercial environment preferred;Membership of a professional accounting body (ASCPA/ICAA);Finance staff management;Be willing to obtain a NSW WWC, undertake a National Police Check and undertake psychometric screening;Must be 'up to date' with C19 VaccinationEducation industry experience advantageousOnly applicants with formal Tertiary qualifications will be considered for this role.A generous industry standard salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. To make your application use the SCAS Careers online portal.
